Rewards & TRSP
Rewards and the TRSP
How rent earns rewards, and how the TenantPay Rent Savings Program works.
Every rent payment earns TenantPay points automatically. Redeem for rent savings, gift cards from over 115 brands, or qualify for the monthly rent drop. Four ways to use your points.
Every month, TenantPay shares a portion of its own revenue back to members. Some members receive one month's rent covered. Others receive smaller amounts. Over 200 members receive money back from each monthly rent drop. The TRSP is funded directly by TenantPay's revenue.
Earn tickets automatically by paying rent, paying early, referring members, and engaging with the app. No separate purchase is required. Each ticket gives you a chance at the monthly rent drop.
Credit building
Credit building questions
