How we calculate this

Estimated activity. Estimates assume you complete a typical set of reward-earning activities during your first 12 months, including paying rent on time, paying at least 14 days early, using autopay, reporting your rent, completing your profile, uploading your lease, opening the app regularly, leaving a review, subscribing to our newsletter, and referring friends. Surveys and social activities are not included. Actual rewards may be higher or lower.

Card rewards. Card rewards are based on paying rent through TenantPay using your selected card. Estimates reflect the card's standard earn rate and typical redemption values. Actual rewards depend on your card, redemption method, and how your payment is processed.

Referrals. Estimates assume up to 10 successful referrals in your first year. Rewards include referral bonuses earned when friends complete their first rent payment, plus milestone bonuses at 3, 6, and 10 successful referrals.

Do points expire?

No. Points accumulate forever as long as your account is active and in good standing. Your balance carries forward indefinitely with no deadline.

Can I earn credit card rewards and TenantPay points on the same payment?

Yes. Pay with Visa Credit (1.75%) or Mastercard (2.75%) and earn both your card's rewards and TenantPay points on the same transaction.
