Promo Code Terms & Conditions

Promo codes are a limited-time offer that waives processing fees on eligible rent payments made through TenantPay. The following terms apply to all promo code redemptions:

1. Eligibility

• Promo codes are valid only for TenantPay users with active accounts.
  
  
• Codes must be valid, active, and not expired at the time of use.
  
  
• Promo codes can only be applied to processing fees — not the rent amount itself or any other charges.
  
  
• The maximum rent amount eligible for a processing fee waiver is $3,000 CAD of net rent.
  
  • Net rent = gross rent minus any applied rent credits.
    

2. Usage Rules

• Each promo code can be used only once per user.
  
  
• Once a promo code is successfully applied, it will be automatically used on the user’s next rent payment.
  
  
• Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credits.
  
  
• A single promo code can only be applied to one payment. It does not carry forward to future payments.
  

3. Payment Conditions

• Promo codes are applied to processing fees for supported payment methods, including:
  
  • Visa (Debit/Credit)
    
  • Mastercard (Debit/Credit)
    
  • Crypto
    
• If the net rent exceeds $3,000 CAD, standard processing fees will apply to the amount above that threshold.
  
  

4. Validity & Expiry

• Promo codes may have expiry dates or usage windows as defined in individual campaigns or offers.
  
• Expired codes will not be accepted, even if they have been previously applied.
  
• TenantPay reserves the right to cancel or modify promo codes at any time without prior notice.
  
  

5. General Terms

• TenantPay reserves the right to revoke promo code usage in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violations of platform terms.
  
• Promo codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
  
• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of promo codes implies acceptance of the latest version of these terms and conditions.
